These Terms of Use, the Audere Privacy Policy and any other agreements incorporated by reference herein constitute the entire agreement between you and Audere with respect to the use of the Services. These Terms of Use and your use of the Website are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without respect to its conflict of law principles. You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with Audere or in any way relating to your use of the Website, resides in the courts of the State of Washington and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of the State of Washington in connection with any such dispute. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect. Audere reserves the right to remove any content or any other material or information available on or through the Website, at any time, for any reason. Audere otherwise complies with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) applicable to internet service providers (17 U.S.C. § 512, as amended), and responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.
