These obstacles often result in delayed HIV diagnoses and missed opportunities for prevention and care. The "Self-Care from Anywhere" programme offers an innovative solution: a private, empathetic AI companion accessible anytime via WhatsApp. This AI companion provides health education and guidance for HIV self-testing and connects users to real clinicians when needed. Combined with a Clinical Portal, the programme supports clinicians by simplifying client management, improving care efficiency, and reducing workloads.

This forward-thinking model goes beyond HIV prevention and care. It is designed to scale to other areas, such as mental health, maternal care, and chronic disease management.
